Kim Sheehan, Professor of Advertising at the University of Oregon is the author or co-author of several books, including "Building Buzz to Beat the Big Boys: Word of Mouth Marketing for Small Business" and "Small Business Smarts: How to Survive (and Thrive) in a Recession." She is currently researching a book on best practices in social media. She blogs regularly at her own site, Grabbing Green, and the Marketing for Success site.
