Take a free guided snowshoe hike with Crater Lake National Park rangers, exploring one of the snowiest inhabited places in America.
Crater Lake National Park is one of the snowiest inhabited places in America, receiving an annual average of 44 feet of snow. A guided snowshoe walk with a park ranger is one of the best ways to experience the Park. Crater Lake National Park rangers lead free 90 minute snowshoe walks every Saturday and Sunday at 1:00 PM. Snowshoes are provided, and no previous experiences is necessary. Participants must be 8 years old and come prepeared with warm clothing.
